Summer Athlete Speed, Power & Injury Prevention Program (Ages 14+)
Take your athletic performance to the next level this summer! Our Speed, Power & Injury Prevention Program is designed for athletes ages 14 and older who want to improve their explosiveness, speed, strength, agility, and overall athletic performance while reducing the risk of injury.
Each session focuses on proper movement mechanics, sprint technique, power development, strength training fundamentals, mobility, and injury prevention strategies to help athletes stay healthy and perform at their best throughout their sports seasons.

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Runs all summer
