Personal Training (Individual)
One on one training with focus on development of individualized, sport specific training to enhance strength, speed and power that will translate to athletic performance and decrease risk for injury. We also offer training for individuals that are just learning or looking to drive back into training.

Blood Flow Restriction Training
Cutting edge exercise prescription which produces more muscle faster with less strain on your joints. Used by the top college and professional athletes to improve strength faster with less strain on your joints.
Partially occluding blood-flow to your muscles while you exercise stimulates greater increases in muscle growth and strength with less need for heavy loads. This is done with a specialized tourniquet system under direct supervision of a Physical Therapist
